Pri * or * i * tal noun, 1. of or pertaining to priorities; 2. new app to focus on the important things to get done today; 3. a cure for todo lists that are out of control
Face it you will not get it all done so you need to focus on what is most important. If you have more than 3 or 4 priorities for today, you really have none.
Priorital gives you a simple to do list that renews everyday. Populate it with the top 3 to 5 priorities that you have to do today, and then check them off as you go. I discovered this productivity tip myself just using a stack if 3x5 index cards or post it notes. Every morning I write down the top 3 to 5 things I have to do, and at the end of the day when they are done just rip up the list.
Using Priorital, each day you will start with a new fresh list. If you didn't get something done yesterday that was important, then re-enter it today. But because your Priorital list gets reset every day, you wont be able to fall into the trap of cluttering your todo list with things that just never seem to get done.
Having a todo list that is full of items that are not being done can be demoralizing, stressful and can distract you from what is most important.
